All Glories to Sri Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Saraswat Sampradaya (lineage). All Glories to my beloved Grand Spiritual Master His Divine Grace Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Goswami Thakur PRABHUPADA & my beloved Spiritual Master His Divine Grace Srila Bhakti Pramode Puri Goswami Maharaj.
Observing the Guru-Purnima ritual means worshipping all the members of our entire lineage. Actually, it is the appearance day of Vyasadeva, the energy incarnation of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna. Vyasadeva is the source of all of our authentic scriptures (shastra), Srimad Bhagavatam, all Puranas, Upanishads, the Mahabharata, etc. On this day we should try to understand Guru-Tattva and practice the path of devotion with a non-sectarian and non-judgemental manner. Otherwise it will be difficult for us to reach our final destination, the abode of Sri Sri Radha Krishna. In order to properly observe the Vyasa-Puja day we should not think guru is just an individual and worship only the personification of our initiating guru (diksha-guru); instead of that, we should worship the entire members of our lineage – Lord Krishna, Brahma, Narada, Vyasa…………Grand Spiritual Master (His Divine Grace Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Goswami Thakur Prabhupada) and the initiating guru.
Yours in the Service of Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s Mission.
